1:1 Personal Training
You, me and the program, we go through your goals and work out the best way for you to achieve them, looking at your lifestyle we will work on making those changes that will help you. You are supported through this experience all the way and no matter how silly you think a question is believe me it isn’t. All training programs are made for your needs and ability. Having the accountability of a trainer can be all that you need to get through, build that confidence and prove to you that you are worth more than you think, prove to you that you can do more than you think. Semi Private training
Train alongside no more than 2 other people, you get a structured training program based, all programs are adaptable to the individual and can be progressed or regressed depending on where you are in your journey. Alongside no more than 2 other people it can give you a little bit more accountability, or having a little bit of competition to help you push you to your goals can also help push you, a great way to get the benefits of a 1-2-1 session but not at the same cost. Even if you’re not local I can still help you. We have 2 options on this depending on how much support and everything you are looking for. The plans consist of training plans and nutrition, email support and also catch ups via phone or skype to make sure you get you where you want to be. Hybrid training programs
The best of both worlds, not only do you get all the same coaching as the online people but once a month you visit the studio for a full catch up where we take all your measurements, go through new programs and have a damn good training session. We will do fitness tests so you can see how far you are coming, this is a great way to keep on track if you need that little bit more accountability.

What do you get?
1:1 Personal Training 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week, 1 session a week is good if you are using another gym to for extra sessions through the week.
Semi Private Personal Training 2, 3 or unlimited sessions a week.
