Comes in two lengths 30 minutes and 60 minutes. 30 Minutes utilises the punch bags alongside some bodyweight exercises. 60 Minutes uses the pads and bodyweight exercises. You will also learn combinations and defence movements withpout actually getting punched in the face. Keeping the heart rate up for the session you burn calories and relive stress and the same time. The Benefits from Boxing Training are immense both physically and mentally, it does provide a full body workout. Burn Calories, increase strength and endurance.
Fit & Foxy
Comes in three styles, 30, 45 & 60 Minutes.
F&F 30 comes in two different sessions the Upper Body & Lower Body, using equipment and bodyweight we work that area of the body using intervals.
F&F 45 is a complete body workout
F&F 60 uses the punch bags and the equipment for a full body workout.
30 Minutes of high intensity interval training using equipment.
30-45 minutes depending on the season using the Body Development FIT Technique of training. These are general Fit classes and during the winter incorporate the Ski erg or air bike followed y 10 rounds of press ups, squats, pull downs or pull ups, then finished with the bike or ski erg again, during the summer months a 1 mile run will be incorporated.
Our Yoga class is based on Ashtanga and Vinyasana flow, it is aimed at not only increasing your flexibility but also your cardio vascular system, strengthening and toning the body. It is a fast moving class and you should fully expect to get up a sweat. You will also find in this class some not so traditional yoga poses but some that will normally find in a standard fitness class. It works the entire body and gives you a great workout.
30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout, work hard, get sweaty, get stronger and powerful whilst burning a load of calories.
Using the 34 Classical Pilates poses, we work on undoing the daily damage we are doing to ourselves by sitting a lot and hunching over our electronic devices. With an emphasis on strengthening all the deep stabilising muscles of the body which improves posture and regaining flexibility and balance. This is a perfect compliment to the rest of the stuff we do. As Joseph Pilates said “in 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body”
