Fox Box & Fox HIIT
Both sessions use the punch bags alongside body weight exercises. You will also learn combinations and defence movements without actually getting punched in the face. Keeping the heart rate up for the session you burn calories and relive stress and the same time. The Benefits from Boxing Training are immense both physically and mentally, it does provide a full body workout. Burn Calories, increase strength and endurance.
Fit & Foxy
F&F an Upper/Lower body workout using Dumbbells, Bulgarian bags or Landmine Presses
30 Minutes of high intensity interval training using your own bodyweight.
This class utilises the Body Development FIT technique of training, combining cardio vascular exercises alongside body weight exercises such as press ups, squats, pull ups etc, these are ideal to burn fat, build strength and help improve your speed etc. This is a core session for everyone.
Our Yoga class is based on Ashtanga and Vinyasana flow, it is aimed at not only increasing your flexibility but also your cardio vascular system, strengthening and toning the body. It is a fast moving class and you should fully expect to get up a sweat. You will also find in this class some not so traditional yoga poses but some that will normally find in a standard fitness class. It works the entire body and gives you a great workout.
WOD utilising the cardio equipment, body weight exercises and various other bits of conditioning equipment, all timed and designed to burn calories, fat and increase that cardio vascular system. Another core session for everyone.
Using the 34 Classical Pilates poses, we work on undoing the daily damage we are doing to ourselves by sitting a lot and hunching over our electronic devices. With an emphasis on strengthening all the deep stabilising muscles of the body which improves posture and regaining flexibility and balance. This is a perfect compliment to the rest of the stuff we do. As Joseph Pilates said “in 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body”
