The Classes

The Fox Den exists, purely for one reason, to challenge and lead our members to become the people they deserve to be.

We are not a chain gym looking for 1000s of members, we are an independent gym that can give you the guidance and support you need.


Every session we put on at The Fox Den, is coached, corrected and progressed so all of our members achieve the results they are looking for.

Adult Classes


  • Fox Fit - A combination of cardio and resistance training
  • Fit & Foxy - A full body workout using dumbbells
  • For Fox Sake - Our HIIT class
  • Conditioning - Combination of cardio and resistance training using machines 
  • Bootcamp - Full body workout using Kettlebells, Bulgarian Bags or Med Balls
  • Fox Box - Either using Punch Bags or partnered up with pads
  • Card Workout - A pack of cards and 4 exercises, each month uses a different bit of kit
  • Circuits - Old fashioned full body circuit
  • Session X Yoga - On demand Yoga class done in the Den
  • SGPT - Small Group Personal Training

Am I tied into a 12 month contract?

Nope, all we ask is that you give us 30 days notice of ending your membership, you change membership levels depending on your needs as and when you need to.

I haven't trained for years, will I look out of place?

Not at all, we have people of all abilities training here at the same time, doing what they need to do, we have a great community of members who support and help others along their journey.

What if I have aches, pains or injuries?

Not a problem, a lot of our members come to us with some sort of life niggle, we're not Physios but we are able to amend and adapt all the programs to the individual and their needs.

Am I tied to particular sessions?

Nope, you work out what you can get to throughout the week, a lot of our members train at the same times each week because their lives fit around it, but we all know life can take over sometimes which means all you do is book on to another session.

What happens at the end of the 30 days?

You're free to choose, if you want to stay at The Fox Den for your fitness needs then we work out which membership would be best for your budget and needs and if you don't then so be it, you simply say goodbye and yes we will miss you but we accept that we are not for everyone and that is fine.
