We have plans to cater for both men & women –
• The Gym goer that wants to follow something and make a difference
• The Person that wants to use Bodyweight exercises at home
• The Person that has a small amount of equipment but wants to exercise at home
You get the following
3 Strength sessions a week
1 HITT/Cardio session a week
All workouts scheduled into our app
Nutrition plan, which includes all advice on calories, water & food alongside a kickstart menu
Weekly check ins for weight & measurements & food diaries
There are some simple rules of the plan to follow, do this and you will be stronger, fitter, leaner and lighter.
So, the rules are:
Do the work
Hit at least 10k steps every day, you don’t need to buy a fitbit, most smart phones have an app on it that will track your steps
Track all calories consumed via MFP, this includes liquid calories (This is optional but if you are calorie counting it is extremely relevant)
Check in on FB and keep us updated
