To start with, if you are easily offended by stuff then this film is certainly not for you.
It is wrong on so many levels and will appeal to those amongst us that haven’t really grown up 🙂
Brief outline is that it is an cartoon but not for kids, certainly not for kids.
In it all the food in the supermarket is alive, they each have their own individual characters and personalities just like us but we can’t see it unless we take drugs.
Anyway there is so many stereotypes in this it is beyond belief.
They also show some foods as evil, and it got me thinking.
For years we have been told by the media that certain foods are evil, that certain foods are the reason the country is dying and the world will end.
Now because of that over the years, fat & carbs have been depicted as this silent movie type villain with twisty moustache and top hat.
The truth is so far from that.
No food is really that bad.
I know I said it.
It is now out there.
But it isn’t.
The problem is the amount of anything we consume.
Eat the right amount of fats, carbs etc and you will be fine, eat to much of it and you’re body won’t know what to do.
So the question is, is it the bar of choc or the packet of crisps fault you’ve gained weight?
Or is it down to you not stopping yourself from eating so many.
If you want help learn about how to stop yourself from eating so many but still have a little bit of what you fancy every now and then, then fill this out and I will give you a call back and let’s get you eating better.
