Before starting training at the Den my general fitness levels were down after over a year of a niggling knee injury and losing my confidence to exercise without aggravating it.
I was given a personal recommendation to start with Pete at the Den.
Training is far more bespoke and tailored compared to what I have done before, a close-knit membership community everyone working towards their own goals but supporting each other, I feel Pete really cares about you as a person, and with the encouragement, I pushed myself hard than ever before.
What is it like training at the Den, well it’s fun, supportive, lots of variety, encourages full-body fitness & mobility.
Training at the den has given me back my confidence in my body to perform, able to get out there and enjoy things I thought I could no longer do like climbing, skiing, distance running. Also, my healthy body attitude has to help my mind stay healthy too during some tough times personally.
The Den has changed my outlook on exercise from a necessary evil to an essential and enjoyable part of my life.
3 words to describe the Den, Motivating, Challenging, Supportive.
