Ok so last weeks trip to the cinema was to watch War on Everyone.
Now it was that bad I really can’t be arsed to come up with some tedious link to your health journey on it.
I could start talking about war on these fad diet people but I won’t.
So this week I will be going back to the small screen.
Now if you use Netflix you must of heard about Luke Cage.
Brief outline is the guy is bulletproof and the strongest man alive, all due to an experiment gone wrong.
Well he saves Harlem from bad people and so on and so on.
If you like your superhero’s and comic book type stuff then get on it.
Enjoyable watch and the soundtrack is just brilliant.
Anyway one of the characters Pops in the show has a saying
Never Backwards, Always forwards, Always
Now this is very true, you do need to keep moving forward, keep chipping away at the path to get to where you want to be.
Consistency is the key to everything.
However, as Luke learns in the show you sometimes have to go backwards to move forwards.
Sometimes there is more than just sitting around doing nothing and eating crap that is holding us back, unless we deal with that shit we will never get a chance to move forward properly.
So sometimes you need to take a step back to enable you to deal with stuff and move forward.
Health isn’t just about eating well and moving, get you head in the game and you can then move it forward, full on.
So just remember
Sometimes backwards, to move forward, Always.
